The AST is pleased to announce its 2025–2026 Board of Directors election results. We extend a warm welcome to the new leaders who will help guide the Society in the year ahead.
Dr. David Foley begins his term as President of the AST. A long-time member and active leader within the Society, Dr. Foley brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to advancing the field of transplantation. He currently serves as Professor of Surgery at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health
Joining the Board this year are:

We also extend our sincere thanks to Dr. Jon Kobashigawa, who has transitioned into the role of Past President. His leadership and steady guidance over the past year as President have been instrumental to the Society’s continued growth and success.
