The Amy Silverstein Transplant Advocacy Award was presented to Denise Redeker, founder of the Heartfelt Help Foundation, in recognition of her commitment to supporting transplant patients and families through advocacy and financial assistance programs. The award was established in memory of Amy Silverstein, a heart transplant recipient and tireless advocate for transplant recipients.
