What is one project or initiative you are currently working on that you're passionate about?I am inspired by the work of the Expeditious Task Force and Transplant Growth Collaborative to modernize allocation, equity and organ utilization. I am committed to helping other centers maximize opportunities for growth and organ utilization.
What's a fun fact about you that might surprise your colleagues?
From my travel to work with transplant centers in Brazil, I fell in love with a giant green winged macaw named Gigi! She lives with me and is now 10 years old. She loves to blow kisses and say “you love Daddy!”. We are working on “You love kidneys!”
