How do you maintain work-life balance in such a demanding field?
There is no such thing as balance - instead, compromise. Continually assess what is most important to you at the moment, focus on that and give it your all. Everything in good time.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time when you're not focused on transplantation?
My favorite place to be is the beach - anywhere!! The sound of the waves, the relaxation and revelry with family and friends - rejuvenates me for the next hectic work week.
