DTO COP aims to create and sustain effective and facilitated collaboration between donation and transplant professionals to drive continuous performance improvement of the system.
AST members can join DTO COP.
As an output from the 2022 Controversy Conference, create an education webinar series on transplant and donation financial models. This is a joint effort between the DTO COP and TxAQM COP.
Develop a subcommittee and create an international transplant data dashboard that serves as a resource catalog to add to the AST website.
The DTO COP Donor Care Units workgroup will develop recommendations on donor care unit standards that include KPIs, effective practices, and outlines operational and financial models.
Further develop principles of practice related to NRP protocols.
If you have questions related to the Donation and Transplantation Optimization Community of Practice, please contact interim staff liaison, Olivia Snow.
