Living Donor

LDCOP represents multidisciplinary members who are involved in the care of living kidney or liver organ donors throughout the donation continuum. LDCOP works to enhance the quality, effectiveness, access, and integrity of living donation.

AST members can join LDCOP.

What We’re Working on Now

Educational Content and Visual Abstracts

Develop professional and patient educational content from our ten active workgroups to serve the field and the larger community. This includes the creation of visual abstracts and infographics by our multimedia workgroup.

Support a Member Program

Foster interdisciplinary collaboration by funding the memberships of five non-doctoral professionals working in the field of living donation and integrating them into the LDCOP.

LDCOP Controversies Conference

Explore key barriers and identify mitigating strategies to improve clinical practice and workflow, financial and operational issues, ethics and policy, and education and outreach.

ATC Travel Grants

Provide travel grants to trainees presenting abstracts on living donation at the ATC.
