RAP COP represents and serves scientists interested in ex vivo organ and tissue preservation through advocacy, support, and development of activities that will advance the preservation of organs and tissues in the field of transplant.
AST members can join RAP COP.
Provide opportunities for members to get involved, including inviting members to Executive Committee meetings and publicizing volunteer opportunities through workgroups.
Develop educational materials on topics including recovery and preservation, profusion, and NRP. Collaborate with other COPs when appropriate.
Offer two grants to ATC for trainees presenting abstracts on recovery and preservation at the ATC.
