Trainee and Young Faculty

The TYF COP was created to empower transplant professionals throughout their training and early development of their careers, to participate actively and represent their unique needs in AST.

AST members can join TYF COP.

What We’re Working on Now

Host a controversies conference on “Transplantation in Elderly.” Post-conference materials will include recommendations and a white paper.

ATC Travel Grants

Offer two travel grants to ATC.

Offer a Trainee and Medical Student Grant to ATC

Explore supporting trainee attendance to ATC by offering a trainee grant to medical students interested in transplant careers. This is a joint effort between TYF COP and WHCOP.
