WHCOP represents male and female members interested in gender-related transplant issues and supports the leadership and career advancement of women and other underrepresented communities within the transplant field.
AST members can join WHCOP.
Develop online and in-person programs on leadership and career advancement for women in transplant.
Survey AST members on parental and family leave practices and produce a manuscript based on the data.
Investigate gender disparities and reproductive health topics in transplant through educational activities and online programming.
Offer travel grants for trainees and junior faculty to attend ATC.
