Developed for healthcare providers caring for pediatric transplant candidates and recipients under 18 years of age, this Vaccine Roadmap provides a comprehensive vaccination schedule through a multidisciplinary collaboration of the AST Pediatric Community of Practice (PCOP). The project originated from the PCOP Controversies Conference in October 2023 and was subsequently expanded through a multidisciplinary vaccine taskforce representing pharmacy, nephrology, hepatology, cardiology, and infectious diseases.
