Registration and Meeting Location:
The CEoT meeting kicks off on Thursday, February 27 at 12:00 PM and concludes on Saturday, March 1 at 12:00 PM.
The meeting will take place at The Westin Kierland. All meeting activities will take place in the Kierland Ballroom and adjacent rooms. Registration will be located in Culture Keepers.

Sponsor Fulfillment Portal:
Returning this year, we will be utilizing Cadmium/Expo Harvester. You will receive an email from rleal@myast.org with your login information. This will be your sponsor portal where you will complete tasks and submit your fulfillment deliverables related to your sponsorship of the CEoT meeting.
CEoT Mobile App:
Returning this year is the dedicated meeting app! You will receive an email from rleal@myast.org with instructions on how to download the app and your login information. Your password for login is also your registrant ID from your registration confirmation email. We will not have a printed program guide at this year’s meeting so be sure to download the app for the full agenda, abstracts, faculty and exhibitor list, and more!
Inbound Shipping Info:
When shipping your items to the Westin Kierland, please label your boxes with YOUR NAME/COMPANY, and not AST Staff. If you want to coordinate your boxes to be dropped off at your booth without being present, please contact the FedEx office directly to make arrangements. Otherwise, you can visit the storefront on property during exhibitor set up hours.
Note: If you are a CAP member, please ship your CAP bag insert in separate package and label package "CAP Bag Insert".
Outbound Shipping Info:
The FedEx on-site store can extend their hours of operation on Saturday, February 24 from 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
Exhibitor Set Up Hours:
Wednesday, February 26: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Thursday, February 27: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
All booths must be set up by 11:00 AM.
Exhibitor Tear Down Hours:

Scavenger Hunt Activity:
Returning this year, we will be hosting an exhibit hall scavenger hunt for attendees. They will scan a QR code, using the CEoT mobile app, at your booth to unlock a question. They will earn points with every right answer, and the attendee with the highest score will win a prize (TBD). Please submit one question that attendees can answer when visiting your booth. The question needs to be either multiple choice or True/False. Click here to submit your Scavenger Hunt Questions. Deadline: Friday, February 7
Registration List:
The registration list will be sent both pre- and post-meeting to sponsors. Expect the pre-meeting registration list to be sent on or around Thursday, February 13. Any additional registrants will be reflected on the final list that will be sent post meeting. Note: You will notice some email addresses have been included. These are individuals who have agreed for you to reach out directly.
Lead Retrieval:
Lead Retrieval is no longer included in your exhibit booth. If you want to purchase lead retrieval licenses, you are more than welcome to at $250.00 per license. If interested in securing lead retrieval at your booth or symposium, please complete this form. Deadline: Thursday, February 13
Those who have access will have blue bar at the bottom of their app with access to lead retrieval.
AV:
If you are interested in having a monitor or electricity at your booth, please arrange those details via this link. You will work directly with Encore. Deadline: Thursday, February 13
