  1. Pulmonary infections (PCP PCR vs DFA vs both; GM vs asp PCR or fungal panel PCR, metagenomic sequencing, and host response).
  2. Transplant viruses (CMV, BK, adeno).
  3. Respiratory and GI panels.
  4. Detecting pathogens through sequencing of microbial cell-free DNA.
