Optimizing your Living Kidney Donor Program
This educational series is targeted towards all members of the Living Donor Kidney Transplant team and Administrators to operationalize and optimize best practice recommendations from the Consensus Conference specific to transplant programs. Transplant centers vary widely in volumes, live donor candidacy criteria, staffing models, and allocation of resources. The intent of this series is to increase awareness of practices that may help programs improve practices and achieve growth. These activities will provide tangible examples of practices that can be implemented at a center’s own pace to maximize and optimize their living donor program.
