Cancellation Policy
All travel grant application fees are non-refundable. This cancellation policy ensures that applicants are registering with a serious intent to attend the meeting.
For general attendees, if you cancel on or prior to August 14, 2026, you will receive a refund less a $100 processing fee. If you cancel your general registration after August 14, no refund will be issued.
Special Accommodations
The AST fully complies with the legal requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you need special accommodations, please email astmeetings@myast.org. The AST cannot ensure the availability of appropriate accommodation without prior notification.
Photo and Video Consent
AST may take photos and videos during the AST Fellows Symposium in Lincolnshire, IL. By attending, you grant AST permission to use your name, likeness, voice, photograph, and biography in educational, news, or promotional materials, including print, electronic, and web-based media.
All photos and recordings become the property of AST and may be used by AST for these purposes.
