$165 plus sales and occupancy tax per night for single or double occupancy
If you are not a travel grant recipient, travel, hotel, and ground transportation arrangements must be made on your own. When making your arrangements, please keep in mind that content for the meeting begins Friday, September 24 at 12 PM and will end on Sunday, September 26 at 12 PM.
Airport:
The closest airport to the Marriott Lincolnshire Resort is the Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) located only 19 miles away.
Travel Grant Recipients:
If you are selected to receive a travel grant, AST will cover the cost of travel. Travel arrangements funded by AST will need to be made through our designated travel agency rather than booked independently. Hotel reservations for travel grant recipients will be made by AST are automatically billed to the organization. Ground transportation arrangements must be booked on your own.
Once award decisions have been made in August, we'll provide additional information regarding next steps for booking travel to those who have received a grant. If you are not selected for a travel grant, you'll still have time to make your own travel arrangements.
