The time has finally come – Fellows 2026 is around the corner!
First and always, thank you for your support for the upcoming Fellows Symposium 2026. We couldn’t do this without you! Your onsite contact will be Rachel Mascio, the Development Coordinator for the American Society of Transplantation. Rachel will be your point of contact moving forward for this meeting. We are excited about this year at the new venue and hope you are too!

Registration:
As part of your sponsorship, you are entitled to up to two complimentary registrations. Please provide the first name, last name, and email address of the individuals who should be registered under this benefit. Please complete this form that was emailed to you - one per attendee. Once we have processed the information, they will receive a confirmation email directly. Deadline to submit names for your complimentary registration is Monday, September 7, 2026.

Inbound Shipping Info:
Please review the shipping/receiving guidelines from the Marriott. Label your boxes with the format listed on the guidelines sheet and be sure to include YOUR NAME/COMPANY, and not AST Staff. Note: If you are a CAP member, you may choose to have your 8.5x11 ad in our attendee bags. If you would like to participate, please confirm your participation here. You ad must be approved by the AST team by Monday, September 7, 2026. Once approved, please ship your CAP bag insert in separate package and label package "CAP Bag Insert". CAP Bag Inserts MUST arrive to hotel no later than Tuesday, September 22, 2026 to be placed inside the attendees bags.

The Networking Reception & Dinner will be held in the Grand Marquee on Friday, September 25, 2026.
Exhibitor Set Up Hours: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Networking Reception: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Dinner with Faculty and Sponsors: 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Exhibitor Tear Down Hours: 9:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Attendee List:
The attendee list will be sent pre-meeting to sponsors. Expect the pre-meeting registration list to be sent on or around Monday, September 7, 2026. Note: You will notice some email addresses have been included. These are individuals who have agreed for you to reach out directly.
