Who should attend?

Given the forum’s goals and the purposeful focus on medical leadership, the Medical Director from each organ transplant program is invited to attend. New this year, living donor medical directors are also invited to attend.

What if I'm not a medical director?

You can attend on your medical director’s behalf if they are unable to come.

What if I am a medical director but can't attend?

You may designate a proxy to apply and attend on your behalf. 

Can I attend without registering for WTC?

No, you do not have to register for WTC to attend the Medical Directors Forum.

Can I apply without being an AST member?

Yes, but AST members receive significant discounts to attend this exclusive meeting. Join before applying to make sure you receive your discount!
