AST has secured a limited number of rooms at a special reduced room rate of $359 plus taxes and fees*, for single or double occupancy. This special discounted rate ends on January 31, 2020. Room and rate availability are not guaranteed and the AST block may sell out before this date.

*In addition to the $359 room rate, there will be a portage and room attendant fee added to the individual guest room folio, the resort fee ($28 per day) has been waived.

The daily resort charge that has been waived for CEoT attendees, the resort charge covers the following: 

Guestroom high-speed internet access
Biltmore Spa & Fitness Center admittance
Unlimited local telephone calls
Long-distance access fees – no charge for credit card, toll-free & collect calls
Use of the putting course
Biltmore Fashion Park shuttle

Additionally, the following service charges will also be posted to the Individual Guest Room: a $12 per person porterage (including check-in and check-out) and a $3 per room, per day room attendant fee.

Those who stay at the Embassy Suites will also receive: 

Reduced parking to $6.00 ($6.00 savings per day)
Complimentary wireless internet in guest suites
Complimentary transportation within a 3 mile radius based upon availability or scheduled transportation at a charge of $75.00+ per round trip
