Hilton Room and Meal Package Rates

Early Arrival and Late Departure Nights:
Thursday, September 26th and Sunday, September 29th
• $169 plus sales and occupancy tax per night for single or double occupancy (room only, no meals)

Conference Nights:

Friday, September 27th and Saturday, September 28th
Travel grant recipient rooms are automatically billed to AST

Non-travel grant recipients will pay the following rates:
• $129 plus tax per night for single or double occupancy  

The deadline to book hotel reservations is Monday, September 2nd, 2019.

Air Travel Arrangements

Travel grant awardees will make their own travel arrangements AFTER being notified whether or not their registration has been accepted (on or around August 15th). Again, please wait until you learn your acceptance status before booking any travel, as your status may affect your decision to attend the meeting. AST will not reimburse any travel expenses if you book prior to notification and then opt to not attend the meeting.

All travel grant recipients must book their flights through the AST official travel agency. Information about making travel arrangements will be sent with travel grant notifications. 

Airport

The closest airport to the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center is the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport (DFW), located only 5 miles away. 

Ground Transportation

Complimentary round trip ground transportation between the conference center and DFW Airport operates 24 hours a day. Complete shuttle information will be sent to attendees prior to the meeting. It is recommended that attendees utilize the free shuttle service as AST will NOT cover alternate transportation between the airport and the conference center.
