| Category | Dues | Requirements |
| Doctoral | $465 | MD, DO, MBBS, and similar degrees living in United States, Canada, or Mexico. Board certification required for practicing physicians/surgeons. |
| International | $325 | MD, DO, MBBS, and similar degrees living outside of North America. Board certification required for practicing physicians/surgeons. |
| Non-Medical Doctoral | $285 | PhD, PharmD, PsyD, DNP, and other doctoral-level degrees without an accompanying medical degree. |
| Non-Doctoral | $105 | No doctoral degree. |
| Trainee | $90 | Enrolled in training program relevant to transplant. |
| Year 1 | $140/$195 | First year after training program completion. Dues based on location. |
| Year 2 | $220/$300 | Second year after training program completion. Dues based on location. |
