If you require a visa to travel to the United States, we strongly recommend that you begin the application process as soon as possible, if you have not already done so. Visa processing times can vary and may be longer than expected, so it’s important to allow sufficient time for approval.
An official invitation letter to support your visa application will only be provided after your registration is complete and full payment has been received by AST. If you need an official letter, please email Charlotte Aguilar at caguilar@myast.org.
Please remember that it is each delegate’s responsibility to determine their individual visa requirements and to ensure all necessary documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
