To secure reservations at the discounted rate guests may

• Call (800) 950-0086 directly to speak with a reservations agent. They may reference “AST24”
• Use the online Passkey Link below to book directly into the block at the preferred rate
• Reservations are cancellable up to 72 hours prior to arrival with a one night room/tax deposit.  Should guests cancel within 72 hours prior to arrival they forfeit one nights room/tax

AST has secured a limited number of rooms at a special reduced room rate of $399 plus taxes and fees, for single or double occupancy. Room and rate availability are not guaranteed and the AST block may sell out before this date.

The daily resort charge that has been waived for CEoT attendees, the resort charge covers the following: 

• Fitness center access with fitness classes
• Basic internet access
• 2 bottles of water, refreshed daily
• 1 hour cruiser bike use, daily (based on availability)
• Admittance to The Twist water slide access
• Long distance access fee – no charge for credit card, toll free and collect calls

Additionally, the following service charges will also be posted to the Individual Guest Room:

• $12 per person porterage (including check-in and check-out)
• $3 per room, per day room attendant fee. 

Reservations through the special AST housing reservation site are recommended to ensure you receive the AST discounted room rate. The discounted room rate is not available through travel websites or agents

Often times meetings are subject to illegal housing hijacking - this is a practice where either legitimate or illegitimate entities sell hotel rooms to meeting attendees.
