Affiliate Meetings

 

 

AST understands the value of having a large number of specialists in one place and we offer the opportunity for universities, government agencies, non-profit and corporate/industry groups to organize and independently plan non-educational events over the course of Cutting Edge of Transplantation (CEoT).   

All affiliate events (both on and offsite) must be approved by AST and approval will be based on the regulations outlined below. Once affiliate activity is approved, the company will work directly with the venue and audio-visual company to make all arrangements including selection and payment.   

 

Please note that space at the Westin Kierland is limited and we cannot guarantee that we will have the space you request.  

 

 

 

Approved Times 

The schedule of the meeting is developed to maximize attendees’ participation in CEoT's program and exhibits. Therefore, the availability and timing of affiliate events are limited. Affiliate events may be held during the unrestricted times listed below. All restricted times are reserved for CEoT programs, meetings, and functions.

Fees 

AST offers a discount to those who submit requests prior to Thursday, December 15, 2022. After Thursday, December 15, 2022, the fees for affiliate space increase. No exceptions will be made.

Payment 

Upon acceptance of your application, you will be invoiced for the confirmed affiliate pricing.  

Affiliate payment can be paid via ACH or check within 10 business days of invoice. Please make checks payable to AST. 

 

Room Block and Meeting Space Requests  

For those wanting to book rooms at the AST discounted group rate and/or secure meeting space, please contact Jennifer Gillespie jgillespie@myast.org. If your request includes a room block request, please include a room block grid of how many rooms you are looking to secure per night. If your request includes meeting space, please include your dates, type of event, number of people, stye of seating, and if you need F&B/AV.
