It is important that you do not make any travel arrangements until you have been notified whether you have been accepted to the meeting.
Notification of acceptance will be sent on or around August 15th, 2018.
 
Please be sure to select the correct category during registration.
If you wish to apply for a travel grant, select "Travel Grant"
If you wish to attend Fellows without a travel grant, select "General Attendee"

Please read below for further information regarding registration eligibility requirements. 

Am I eligible to attend? 

Eligibility to attend Fellows:

1) Fellows, residents, or trainees from any country in any clinical or research training program who have an interest in transplantation with verification of enrollment in said training program.

2) Pharmacists, transplant nurses, transplant coordinators, and physician assistants currently working in a transplant program: Nurse, coordinator, and physician assistant applicants must provide program director contact information and, when asked, director must verify employment in said program. PharmD applicants must be working in transplantation for 3 years or less and provide contact information for the transplant program director, or the head of pharmacy and, when asked, director must verify employment in said program within this time period.

3) Other transplant professionals, including established faculty and members of industry, seeking a review of basic concepts in solid organ transplantation are welcome to register. 

I do not fit in either of those categories.

Other transplant professionals, including established faculty and members of industry, seeking a review of basic concepts in solid organ transplantation are welcome to register. The registration fee for applicants in this category is $425.

On or around August 15th, 2018

Is On-Site Registration Available?

Registration is not available on-site. Please be sure to register before Wednesday, August 8th at 12:01 AM EST. 

What if I do not get accepted? What if I have to cancel?

If AST declines your registration and you are not accepted to the Fellows Symposium, the registration fee will be refunded in full. However, if you cancel your registration any time on or prior to August 31, 2018, you will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. If you cancel your registration after August 31, 2018, you will not receive a refund at all. This cancellation policy ensures that applicants are registering with a serious intent to attend the meeting if accepted. Refunds will be processed after the meeting.
