JoAnn Gwynn joined the American Society of Transplantation (AST) in January 2016 as Director of Meetings and Special Events, and was appointed Chief Development Officer in December 2017. With a strong background in meeting management, event production, fundraising, budgeting, and operations, she plays a key role in driving the organization’s fiscal initiatives and fundraising efforts. JoAnn collaborates closely with the AST Board of Directors and the Development Chair to advance strategic goals. Before joining AST, she owned and operated her own production company.
