Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients Implements New “5-Tier” Assessment

In December 2016, the Scientific Registry of Transplant Recipients (SRTR) implemented a “5-tier” assessment to replace its previous "3-tier" assessment. Due to feedback from the transplant community, which expressed concern about the lack of time to review the new 5-tier rating system prior to implementation, the website will revert back to the 3-tier system on Tuesday, February 21. Information on the new assessment will be hosted on a public beta website while it is reviewed further.
